  • Closing Reception: Friday, October 30, 5:00 pm - 8:00

• Seeking host volunteers and vendors for our last 3 times the exhibit is open:

  • Fundraising Host for 10/23 5:00 - 8:00, 10/24 11:00 - 2:00, and 10/30 5:00 - 8:00.

• A Call for Vendors for the ACW Winter Artisan Sale on the first weekend in December

  • The ACW continues its annual tradition of hosting a Winter Artisan Sale in early December. 

  • Sale Open Hours are:

    • Friday evening, 12/4, from 5pm to 8pm.  (Setup starts at 3pm)

    • Saturday and Sunday, 12/5 and 12/6, from 11am to 4pm.  (Set up starts at 10:00)

  • Registration Fee:  10$

  • No commission to the ACW.

  • You must bring your own 6 foot table.

• Request for Art Donations for the ACW Small Works Fundraiser

Please consider donating your original artwork to be sold for the October ACW Exhibit fundraiser. 

• 100% of all sales go to local good causes such as The Wakefield Food Pantry. PAWS, and/or a scholarship for a WHS senior attending art school.  

• All donations must be 5 x7 inches (nothing more or less, please) and cannot be framed
