Inspired by... – ACW Fall Exhibit and Sale: October 2026

What inspires your artwork?  Is it an emotion, an image, a memory, a place, a photo, a movie, a poem?  The list is endless!

The Arts Collaborative of Wakefield is proud to announce the theme of ‘Inspired By...’  for the annual fall ACW art show event in October 2026 and will include the exhibit, art sales, demonstrations, and collaborations, along with a special exhibit. The theme offers a broad canvas for artistic interpretation and expression. This theme is intentionally open-ended, allowing artists the freedom to convey unique perspectives, emotions, and experiences through visual art.

The special exhibit’s theme is ‘Inspired by Halloween’....what imagery does this theme conjure up for you.... ghosts and goblins, pumpkins, and Halloween costumes are only a few of the possibilities!

Stay tuned for more details on the specific October dates, registration information, and opportunities for artist pop-up sales and demonstrations.  As with the usual ACW exhibit process, each artist can register up to 4 pieces of visual art with a single registration fee of $10 for members and $20 for non-members. Check out ArtsCollaborativeofWakefield.com in the coming weeks for more details as they become available. In the meantime, start working on your interpretations for Inspired By...!
