ACW Display at the Beebe Library during the month of September

The Arts Collaborative of Wakefield has artwork on display during the month of September at the Lucius Beebe Library. The show runs until September 30. Eight of the ACW members will have a variety of work on display including Janiele Allman, Jessica Andersen, Richard Bardet, Kathy Frey, David Kay, Nicole Perez, Joy Schilling, and George Watchko.

The Arts Collaborative of Wakefield’s mission is to support Wakefield's visual artists and craftsmen. The idea is to provide opportunities for artists to meet and share ideas, display their work, and to create partnership programs between local artists and businesses. The Blake Gallery, located on the Main Floor of the library near the Reference Desk, was donated in memory of Mike Blake, a long-time member of the Friends of Beebe Library and an avid supporter of the library. The Blake Gallery is home to several regular programs including News & Views and our nonfiction book discussion group, True Writ.
